Absolutely. Every cleaning professional on our platform undergoes a comprehensive background check before their first booking. We also carry $2 million in general liability insurance covering every clean. Your home and belongings are fully protected.
Our vetting process is rigorous: identity verification, multi-state criminal background check, reference checks from prior clients, in-person skills assessment, and ongoing performance monitoring. Only about 1 in 5 applicants makes it onto our platform. We also require proof of insurance and a valid business license.
